Our internship program is structured into three stages of continuous development, where you will learn, apply, and develop essential skills for your career. Check it out:
Stage 1
Introduction to Business Intelligence (BI)
Learning in Power BI, Databases (SQL), Statistics, and Python.
Training in agile methodologies (Scrum), Data Storytelling, and UX Design.
Development of dashboards and management reports.
Active participation in projects, assisting in the implementation of a data-driven culture for clients.
Scholarship: R$ 1000,00 + VT de R$ 100,00
Workload: 25 hours per week.
Average duration: 4 to 6 months.

Stage 2
Specialization in Business Intelligence (BI)
Same activities as the previous stage +
Data analysis with Python.
Introdução à Spark para Data Science & Machine Learning.
Training in Generative Artificial Intelligence focused on business solutions.
Scholarship: R$ 1.400,00 + VT de R$ 100,00.
Workload: 25 hours per week.
Average duration: 4 to 6 months.

ETAPA 3
Evolução para Consultor de Data & Strategy
Training in Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Strategic Planning, Process Mapping, and Leadership.
Same activities as Stages I and II + Direct support to clients in defining KPIs, identifying insights/opportunities for improvement, and creating action plans.
Scholarship: R$ 1.800,00 + VT de R$ 100,00
Workload: 30 hours per week.
Average duration: 8 to 12 months.

Requirements
Education: Be enrolled in a higher education program in Exact Sciences, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
Expected Graduation: course completion within 2 years.
Internship Availability: minimum duration of 1 year.
Languange Intermediate/Advanced English (reading and conversation).
Location: availability for in-person work in Florianópolis, Brazil.
Behavioral Profile: Proactivity, resilience, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to learn.
Technical Knowledge - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Basic familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools (a plus).
